Portal and Portal+ had already been introduced in the U.S. It was our job to create the packaging for the launch in Canada and then to roll it out to the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. This included all the external packaging materials and all in-box documentation. I never knew how hard it would be to translate technical information into 14 languages. I learned a lot but still cannot speak or understand Finnish.
